Design: Jean Marie Massaud

The Milos collection is the fruit of Vondom‘s first collaboration with French designer Jean-Marie Massaud. An example of how simplicity and functionality can be combined to create an elegant and comfortable outdoor furniture collection. Characterised by soft curves, this collection focuses on comfort. Milos different pieces are like a collection of rocks gently shaped by winds and waves that create a typical Mediterranean landscape. My intention was to bring to Vondom a non-Cartesian planning that you can combine organically, as life on a reef. The inspiration behind Milos is nature, and Massaud has managed to reflect this through his choice of materials and varied textures. Wood and polyurethane make up the modular sofa and the two armchairs in different designs that invite you to sit back and relax. Light cement combines with wood to form the low tables, which together with the rotomoulded planters, with a stucco finish, give a rustic aesthetic to the ensemble. Milos is a very versatile collection of flavours. The sweet shapes of the Milos articles put you in a good mood and invite you to enjoy the moment; daytime in the sun, evening gazing at the stars or partying with friends. The different pieces can fit in contrast in a very modern ambience as well as in perfect harmony with an outdoor landscape, in a residential setting or on a large hotel terrace.

Cleaning:
To clean the furniture, we recommend the occasional use of household grease solvents. Never use abrasives or corrosive solutions!
1- Pulverize the surface with grease remover.
2- Then rub the surface with a cloth moistened with water.
3- Then clean the surface with a high-pressure cleaner, e.g. from KÄRCHER or KRÄNZLE.
4- Then let it dry in the open air.

Protective covers:
Vondom protective covers are water, oil and dirt repellent impregnated and serve to protect the furniture. However, they are not suitable for permanent covering of the cushions, because moisture can accumulate along the seams of the covers, which may lead to the formation of mildew. Before using the protective covers, the furniture and cushions should always be dry. Please note that the slipcovers are specifically designed to fit your furniture and require precise placement. To increase air circulation, the slipcovers are not made floor-length. Never pack or fold up covers that have become wet; allow them to dry in a well-ventilated area. Use a soft cloth to clean the cover. Then rinse with clean water. Solvents are not suitable for cleaning as they may attack and damage or discolor the surface being treated.
