UHLMANN Type TXV - The impressive large sunshade for spacious outdoor areas
UHLMANN Type TXV - Professional XL parasols for cities, parks & restaurants
The UHLMANN Type TXV is an extra-large, wind-resistant parasol for demanding areas in public and commercial spaces: city squares, parks, kindergartens and schools, hotel terraces, restaurants, cafés and clubs. Its 12-strut telescopic technology, massively reinforced components and a solid pole ensure exceptional stability as well as wind and weather resistance. This creates spacious, UV-protected lounge areas with a clear, architectural look - one sunshade instead of many smaller ones. The TXV provides shade for large areas with fewer supports and offers reliable stability thanks to its streamlined geometry and robust pivot points. In everyday use, it impresses with its smooth-running hand crank, low-maintenance design and long service life. Colors for pole, frame and fabric are freely selectable; optional lighting, heating, rain gutter and side walls. German manufacturing quality guarantees precise workmanship, durability and a visibly high-quality appearance - advice, configuration & assembly by Home & Light.
UHLMANN type TXV - Technology & differences to type T, TS, TXS and TX
The TXV is the large sunshade for maximum area coverage and clear architecture: it reduces the need for supports/foundations and provides uniform, wind-stable shading thanks to 12-strut telescopic technology, reinforced struts, robust pivot points and a solid pole. Compared to the type T (versatile classic for small/medium areas) and the wind-resistant type TS, TXS and TX series (optimized for exposed locations), the TXV focuses on larger one-piece shading areas with smooth fabric movement thanks to streamlined geometry - ideal for hotel terraces, clubs, resorts, golf courses, outdoor pools and spacious outdoor catering areas. Another advantage: the TXV is also available with an electric drive on request - for convenient operation and process reliability. The choice of colors and materials for the pole, frame and fabric enables precise integration into corporate design and architectural concepts.
UHLMANN Type TXV - accessories & customization
The UHLMANN Type TX V can be fitted with modular equipment and adapted precisely to its use, architecture and corporate design. Integrated lighting: without visible cable routing for atmospheric evening hours; color moods and high brilliance are possible with modern LED technology. Radiant heaters on the parasol: more efficient than gas heating elements; fold-down holders allow the parasol to be closed when the heating is installed - no time-consuming assembly/disassembly. Rain gutter: Airtex material with conical guide and aluminum profiles; connects umbrellas to each other or drains water in a controlled manner - also self-supporting. Side walls: with or without transparent zone (window film); stable Velcro connection, optional roll-up door cut-outs for flexible routing. Also available: Ground sleeve or base plate depending on on-site statics, printing/branding for a consistent appearance and UV-stable acrylic awning covers for lasting color and protection.
