Delivery times

  • If you decide to place an order with us, you can be sure that our stated delivery times are based on years of experience. We state the delivery times that we consider to be realistic in practice. This prevents the frustration and disappointment that can arise when delivery promises are not kept. Our aim is to build long-term and trusting relationships with our customers. That is why we focus on transparency and reliability rather than short-term gains through misleading statements.

Fast delivery & processing

  • For us, speed counts - without compromising on quality. This applies to all products in our online store. Thanks to our advance payments to suppliers, every single order is transmitted immediately after acceptance of the contract and processed immediately. We do not collect orders!

Delivery times & company vacations in the industry

  • Goods that our store system identifies as being in stock are dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. As an indication of the delivery time for goods that are not available from stock, the delivery time information in the respective article applies.
  • Please note that the delivery times stated in the articles will be extended by 3-4 weeks for orders placed in the middle/end of July and mid-December due to the industry vacations. Goods ordered in the middle/end of July are usually delivered at the beginning/middle of September. Goods ordered in mid-December are usually delivered in early/mid-February.
