• Countries and regions with shipping surcharges can be found here
• Forwarding deliveries are generally only made from Monday to Friday
• Delivery is free kerbside and without taking the packaging material with you
• Please provide the necessary support for unloading on the day of delivery

Deliveries to the EU

• Shipping time usually 5-7 working days
• Within the EU, we deliver VAT-free if a valid VAT ID number is provided

Deliveries to Switzerland

• Dispatch usually takes 7-10 working days
• German VAT is not charged for delivery and invoice addresses in Switzerland, you pay net. German taxes are automatically deducted when you place your order in the store. On delivery, you pay the Swiss import sales tax of 8.1% on the net value of the goods and any customs duties directly to the delivery agent/logistics provider.
