Single-walled planters
With single-walled planters, almost the entire external dimensions are also available as internal dimensions (planting area). These planters are ideal for large plants and trees. Please note that as the size of the planter increases, the weight of the soil and plant becomes heavier. This has advantages and disadvantages. The advantages are that the planter can no longer tip over with increasing weight and is also better protected against vandalism. The disadvantage is that the weight limits the ability to transport the planter from A to B without causing damage to the painted surface.
Double-walled planters
Double-walled planters are mainly used for small to medium-sized plants. The double-walled construction means that the planting area is significantly smaller than with single-walled planters. This has the advantage that significantly less soil is required for planting and the overall weight is therefore kept within reasonable limits. One disadvantage, however, is that double-walled planters are not suitable for large plants and trees, as the planting area is often not large enough even for the largest double-walled planters.
