The Vondom collection is the pinnacle of high quality plant containers. The planters are designed from sophisticated rotational molding resin that can withstand any hardness test, both indoors and outdoors. The collection has a very wide range of planters in numerous sizes. The planters are available in matt through-dyed color, glossy lacquered (for indoor use) or with white LED or LED RGB lighting. On request, the planters can be equipped with an integrated watering system (only recommended for indoor areas and included as standard with lacquered planters), which guarantees the best care for the plants while you are away. Timeless and minimalist designs that allow you to create unique and original atmospheres for homes, restaurants and any space

Lacquered VONDOM products are real eye-catchers! They give surfaces an incomparably high-quality appearance.

However, lacquered VONDOM products are only suitable for outdoor use to a limited extent. In regions with large temperature fluctuations, the base material (polyethylene) can expand or contract minimally under thermal stress. This could lead to fine hairline cracks and ultimately to paint chipping.

If you still want to use lacquered products outdoors, careful care is essential. Due to their sensitivity, lacquered surfaces should not be cleaned with water pressure. Also avoid using abrasive cleaners or corrosive solutions! Instead, we recommend applying body wax every two to three months to prevent scratches.

Please note that damage to the paint surface caused by thermal stress outdoors is not considered a valid reason for complaint and is therefore not covered. However, the statutory warranty remains fully valid for indoor use.

Watering system & integrated wheels:
Planters with a self-watering system are usually supplied with integrated wheels up to a size of 60cm. The integrated wheels make it easier to move the planter. The watering system ensures perfect care for your plants. The watering system is designed for indoor use only and is not suitable for outdoor use.

Indoor or outdoor use?
Illuminated planters have an integrated and lockable water drain. This means they can be used both indoors and outdoors. Planters without lighting do not have integrated water drainage. When used outdoors, several holes must be drilled with a drill both in the base of the planting area and in the subsoil on which the planter stands to prevent waterlogging.
