VONDOM GATSBY - Art Deco elegance, lighting effect & sculptural presence
GATSBY - Art Deco design collection by Ramón Esteve for VONDOM
The VONDOM GATSBY collection, designed by Ramón Esteve, is a contemporary interpretation of the Art Deco aesthetic of the 1920s. Inspired by architecture, light and the elegance of the "Roaring Twenties", GATSBY translates the spirit of the American dream into a modern design series for sophisticated outdoor and contract areas.
Fluted surface structure with a sculptural lighting effect
A characteristic feature of the GATSBY series is the vertically fluted surface structure, which is reminiscent of etched glass but is made of high-quality, rotationally molded polyethylene. This structure creates a diffuse scattering of light and a three-dimensional depth effect that lends the furniture and planters a lively, sculptural presence depending on the incidence of light - without imitating the optical clarity of glass.
During the day, a calm, architectural effect is created, while an atmospheric interplay of light and shadow unfolds in the evening light and indirect lighting, subtly accentuating outdoor spaces.
Design furniture, planters & rechargeable lights in one creative line
The GATSBY collection includes outdoor sofas, lounge chairs, tables, planters and rechargeable table lamps that are perfectly coordinated in terms of design. While the furniture and planters are made of weatherproof polyethylene, the mobile GATSBY rechargeable lights are made of translucent or colored PMMA.
These lights produce a particularly fine, even light distribution with prismatic effects along the ribbed structure and add a functional and atmospheric light source to the collection - ideal for terraces, lounge areas and prestigious outdoor settings.
Designed for exclusive outdoor & contract areas
GATSBY is suitable for high-quality terraces, pool landscapes, rooftop lounges, hotel facilities, restaurants and prestigious contract projects. The collection combines a decorative effect with functional comfort and blends harmoniously into both modern and classic architecture.
Weatherproof materials & long-lasting quality
All GATSBY furniture and planters are rotationally molded from polyethylene and are weatherproof, UV-resistant and easy to clean. The rechargeable lights are designed for flexible indoor and outdoor use and offer a long-lasting, low-maintenance lighting solution.
